Much of California's early industrial history took place in the riverfront town of Benicia, located along the Carquinez Strait at the top of the San Pablo Bay. The old Yuba Manufacturing Complex, the site where much of this colorful history came about, is the subject interpreted in a new exhibition, Yuba: What Remains, at the Benicia Public Library. Featuring work by Hedi B. Desuyo and Linda Grebmeier, the exhibit presents a striking collection of light-filled work created by the 2 artists in response to their experiences while capturing images at the old factory during the last days in its existence.

Richard Hallmarq of Project Runway Season 11 will return with his recent New York collection.
